- —Chat transcripts: the full content of your conversations with our AI assistant, used to provide the service and for follow-up
- —Contact details you voluntarily provide: such as your name, email, LINE ID, phone number, or company
- —Page path: which page of the site you were on
- —Browser and device information: browser type and device type (mobile / tablet / desktop)
- —Coarse location: country/region/city inferred from your IP address at request time — we never store the IP address itself
- —Referral and marketing parameters: the URL that referred you to the site, and UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign)
- —An anonymous visitor id: stored in your browser (localStorage) to recognize return visits — never linked to your real identity unless you provide contact details
- —Anonymous site-usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics

Data Retention
Chat transcripts and contact details are retained until you request deletion, or for a maximum of 24 months, after which they are periodically purged.

To provide the website and AI assistant, we rely on the following third-party services, each of which may process your information under its own privacy policy:

- —Supabase: database service used to store chat transcripts and contact details
