Disclosure: This article was written by Noise & Signal, and Noise & Signal is one of the five companies compared. The tables are sorted alphabetically by English name — this is not a ranking. Everything said about other companies comes from what their own websites showed publicly on September 27, 2026.
If you're looking for a Taiwan agency that treats SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) as part of the build rather than an add-on, here are five to consider: AHHA (Tainan), GRNet (Taipei and Tainan), iBest (Taichung), Noise & Signal (Taipei) and OZCHAMP (Taoyuan). All five serve robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt on their own sites. The real differences are structured-data depth, how openly they publish prices, and years in business. None of them is the right pick for everyone — it depends on budget, location and how much customization you need.
How we picked these five
On September 27, 2026, we searched for Taiwan companies that both build custom websites and explicitly mention SEO or GEO on their sites, and shortlisted 12, leaving out pure SEO agencies and SaaS site builders. We then fetched each homepage's raw HTML to check technical signals and read each company's own description of itself, including its llms.txt.
From those 12 we chose four that differ in size, strengths and pricing transparency, so readers can see several typical approaches rather than a winner. Noise & Signal is the fifth row, checked with the same method.
Limitations worth knowing:
- We fetched raw HTML without running JavaScript, so any meta tags or structured data injected client-side may be missing.
- Years in business and case counts are self-reported. We did not verify any company's client results (traffic, rankings).
- We checked each vendor's own website. That shows how much care they put into their own site, not necessarily what every client site looks like.
The six signals we compared
- Technical SEO basics — do /robots.txt and /sitemap.xml return HTTP 200, and what platform is visible on the homepage?
- Structured data — which JSON-LD @types the homepage declares.
- llms.txt — is there a non-empty /llms.txt for AI agents?
- Multilingual — was an hreflang tag detected on the homepage?
- Pricing transparency — are concrete prices or plans published?
- Track record — self-reported founding year and number of clients or projects.

Sources: each company's homepage HTML and /llms.txt, accessed September 27, 2026. "Not published on site" means we didn't see a clear figure on the homepage or llms.txt — not that the company lacks one. "Not detected on homepage" only means the homepage HTML carries no hreflang tag; single-language sites don't need one.
What each company does well, and who it suits
AHHA (Tainan)
AHHA is the most transparent on price of the four other agencies. Its homepage structured data carries a NT$5,000–150,000 price range, and it announces a self-serve site builder with built-in SEO/GEO automation at NT$5,999 a year (regular NT$7,999). Its description spells out "SEO/GEO/AIO" services and AI integration, and its llms.txt describes its service scope.
Good fit for: smaller budgets, teams that want to start with a self-serve build, or anyone who wants to see a price band before contacting sales. Convenient for businesses in southern Taiwan.
GRNet (Taipei + Tainan)
GRNet has offices in both Taipei and Tainan and says it serves Taipei, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung. Its llms.txt reports nearly 30 years of experience and more than 4,000 completed projects — the longest history and largest self-reported volume in this group. The homepage shows three price points: up to NT$60,000 (a first brand website), from NT$100,000 (brand growth and marketing) and from NT$200,000 (high customization and system integration).
Good fit for: buyers who want tiered prices before calling, projects that involve system integration, or companies that want a vendor with a presence in both northern and southern Taiwan.
iBest (Taichung)
iBest had the most complete technical and content signals of the candidates we checked: FAQPage, ProfessionalService, Service, Offer, OfferCatalog and BreadcrumbList in its homepage structured data, hreflang detected, and a populated llms.txt. That file states the company was founded in 2007 and has served more than 1,500 businesses. Pricing is by quote, but it publishes a website pricing guide that explains typical ranges.
Good fit for: buyers who care about structured-data detail and want a vendor with a long list of listed-company and SME references. Convenient for central Taiwan.
Noise & Signal (Taipei)
This is us, so we'll stick to what can be checked. We were founded in 2025, more recently than any company here that publishes a founding year. We build fully custom sites on Next.js, and SEO/GEO-ready websites are one of our core services. Our own robots.txt explicitly allows AI crawlers such as GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot, we publish llms.txt and a full-text llms-full.txt, and our homepage carries bilingual hreflang (zh-TW / en / x-default). Our website pricing is public in Website Development Cost in Taiwan (2026), with four tiers from NT$30,000 to NT$400,000. The scan also shows our gaps: no FAQPage or BreadcrumbList on the homepage (FAQPage lives on article pages).
Good fit for: teams that want a fully custom build with no templates, or want to plan the website together with an AI chatbot or AI Agent. If a long track record and a large portfolio matter most to you, the other four will fit better.
OZCHAMP (Taoyuan)
OZCHAMP's llms.txt says it was founded in 2002 and has built custom websites for more than 3,000 businesses over 24 years, and it emphasizes custom design and full source-code handover. Its homepage structured data is the richest of the four agencies and the only one to include Review and AggregateRating, and it publishes a dedicated article on generative engine optimization. Pricing is described as starting at "several tens of thousands" of NT dollars for a typical corporate site, without a plan table.
Good fit for: companies that value vendor stability and long experience and want plenty of past work to review. Convenient for Taoyuan and northern Taiwan.
How to choose: six questions to ask any vendor
The tables only describe each vendor's own site. Before you sign, ask:
- Can you open /robots.txt and /sitemap.xml on a live client site? A polished agency site doesn't guarantee polished client sites.
- Which structured-data types go on which pages, and how do you validate them?
- Do we need llms.txt? It's fine to have, but don't treat it as decisive. Google's documentation says you don't need new machine-readable files, AI text files or markup to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, and llmstxt.org itself describes llms.txt as a proposal (checked September 2026).
- How do you handle hreflang and automatic language redirects? We learned this one ourselves: with browser-language auto-redirects, fetchers like ChatGPT-User that send an English language header get bounced to the English version, so the Chinese pages effectively don't exist for them.
- What exactly does the quote include, and who owns the source code? Copy, images, CMS, payments — and whether you can move the site if the relationship ends.
- How will we measure results after launch? At minimum, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, so you know what's indexed. In our experience, a new site's first weeks produce very little data; look for trends, not single numbers.
Bottom line
Each company has a distinct strength: AHHA is upfront about price, GRNet has two offices, the longest history and high project volume, iBest has thorough technical signals, OZCHAMP has the richest structured data, and Noise & Signal is a young, fully custom team. Decide on budget, region and customization level first, then take the six questions above into your vendor calls. For background, read What Is GEO? or SEO-Friendly vs. Brochure Websites.
